Cold weather gloves

Anyone have some recommendations for cold weather fly fishing gloves? I have a pair of neoprene Glacier Gloves with slits in the thumb and index fingers, but they don't work too well when it's cold...

Anybody having much luck at Paces the past few days? Went out last Sunday for a few hours and only managed 2. Caught one brown this afternoon. I haven't noticed too many people catching anything....

I was thinking that maybe they were just letting the natural vegetation grow but it does look pretty awful. Doesn't help for security when the weeds are taller than most vehicles. Not a fan of that...

That was me and a friend in the river but wasn't our truck. We hiked up from the hatchery. Caught about 25 between the two of us. Seems like the dam is fishing pretty good again.
