Default Friday Mid morning/afternoon at Bowmans

I started mid-way down the island. Not a big numbers day but it was fairly consistent. Black woolly bugger worked the best under the fog. Did manage a fish or two on a little black midge... Heard a rumor that sasquatch was down at the end of Bowmans so I ventured down to find him.. but alas I was unable to locate him. I did put in right at the bottom of the island and worked my way upstream from the middle of the river to the island side. Managed a couple on a white WB.

I did run into Dave375 and talked a little bit about the fly-fishing comp up at Fern Valley in January. Is anyone going? Will it be hard to get a spot come Dec 5th?
