Tutorial request

If someone could provide the steps to posting a picture on NGTO's gallery, that would be great. I can't seem to figure it out. I've tried to downsize my pictures but can't seem to make them small enough.

I referring to the method used here by Prowler:

If you go to the attachment icon (paperclip) at the top of the box when writing a post, reply, etc., it will allow you to upload pictures from your computer or a URL. I believe it will resize them for you.

Cool, that worked quite well but it didn't do the thumbnail.

wanted to try the attachment method with a pic not on local computer to see if if creates the thumbnail correctly and inserts pic into the pop-up viewer.
