Don't buy orvis, both me and other guys have had serious issues with them leaking like crazy. (I was given a used pair which had a few leaks those have been long since patch, but it seems like for everyone I patch two or three more develope) I have heard great things about both simms and redington waders.
Thank you, dear God, for this good life and forgive us if we do not love it enough. Thank you for the rain. And for the chance to wake up in three hours and go fishing: I thank you for that now, because I won't feel so thankful then. - Garrison Keillor

Based on a few years of reading posts just like this one, my next pair of waders will be Simms. I have some of their other gear and I've been pleased with the quality.

I've seen some very good reviews for OS Systems waders. Strongly considering them for my next set. They are 169 for the non-breathable "travel" model, which are supposed to be extremely tough. The breathable model is quite expensive, though.
