Default Big Snowbird Creek action

Well CaneBrake and I met up super early yesterday to make the trip up to Big Snowbird. We have been slowly hitting NC and this was the furthest we have been for a day trip. We stuck to the DH section, jumping from pool to pool while fishing the pocket water in between. We euro nymph pretty hard in the winter so flashback PT's, waltz worms, redish squirmies, mops, skinny stones, gti caddis, and orange tag nymphs were fishing really well. We probably put 40 between us with 99.9% being 10-12 inch bows with one pretty brown to the net. Beautiful, cold morning with the creek to ourselves........ you can't really beat it.
