Default Carolina Tarpon

Does anyone have experience with catching summer migration tarpon in the Carolinas? Particularly in the NC area. I have heard some very cool things, but It is hard to find good info. Is there any info anyone can share as to where to locate the fish from a boat? (with respect to tides, daytime, depth, ect.) We will probably be pulling minnows or fly casting to visible fish. Also, are there any guides in the area which are known for doing well tarpon fishing?
