Sweetgrass Mantra Rods

I have been working in Butte, Montana for the last few weeks which has given me a chance to reconnect with Glenn Brackett, former owner of Winston and now owner of Sweetgrass there in Twin Bridges. The booboys are now offering a mid-range bamboo rod called the Mantra which is half the price of the Sweetgrass. It is available in all sizes and in fact is available in a travel size of a 4 piece. Rods cost $895 although the 4 piece is $1200. Major difference in the $2500 Sweetgrass rod and the Mantra is cosmetics. Not the same high end hardware but I am able to forego looking upscale for the price. You can contact them directly for what is available immediately or place your order. I have been most fortunate to spend some good time there and have Glenn show me his fave spots on the Big Hole, Jefferson, Ruby, and Beaverhead. I am in love with this place. Tight line.....on bamboo!
