Default Toccoa river 6/16

I got a chance to sneak away from Dad duty (3 month old) and spent a few hours on the river. I fished a public access spot and was joined by a half dozen other anglers. I decided to work up stream and had that section all to myself.

I had good action most of the morning on a woolly bugger and also caught a few on a dry dropper. Highlight of the morning was watching a rainbow jump completely out of the water to grab a passing fly just a few feet away from me.

Canít wait to get back out there.

Figuring out how to add pictures. Are the size of the pictures okay?

Found this guy on my boot when I got out of the water. What patterns can I tie to resemble this?

Default Great pictures

Hey, Nice post! The pictures are great, I like them huge. Tie up some pheasant tail nymphs to match the food source you found on your boot. It looks like a good match in size 16 or 18.
