Great shot!

For several years when we live in Iowa, my wife and I would fly and camp in the upper peninsula of Michigan ('da U.P.) over Labor Day weekend. It was a gorgeous flight above the treetops through northern WI and into the UP. Stop at Land o Lakes for fuel, then continue to the small grass strip our friends owned. A few years it was almost too hot to sleep in tents, and other years we had frost on the wings of the planes when we woke up. But it was always as Brad Paisley's song goes "...more stars than you can count on a night this clear...". Hope to make it back up that direction once the kiddos are old enough to 1.) Endure the 6 hr flight and 2.) Appreciate the remoteness of it.

Fall is in the air here in SW Florida. The color of the license plates are changing with the arrival of snowbirds.
