Default Saturday on Centipede Creek

Went up to the upper hooch in the WMA for the last trip on seasonal waters.

You couldn't have asked for a nicer day to be on the water. Cool temperatures, an evening rain and changing seasons made for a great day fishing.

I had one of the best days in a long time and actually went home early due to catching so many fish. I fished a lot of water in several different locations and caught a nice mix for bows and browns. Ran into a few of my former students out having a great time camping and swinging out over the river.

Here's a few photos of the last trip on seasonal waters.

Yeah it was a great day to be out Gonefishn.

Love your pictures and report. It is good to hear the WMA is doing well.

Glad you had a great day wetting your line.

Thanks for the report GF. One of my favorite places, especially when it's on like it apparently was for you.

Nice job. The pics looked nice and the weather must have been about perfect.

Thanks for the report.

I never paid the number of posts any attention, but it was a heck of a report and a great trip

Default Nice!

What a day! Nothing like north Georgia in the Fall catchin' some trout and swingin' on a rope swing. (And a UGA victory) Enjoyed the report and the pics.

I can see how, the water can't be a foot deep at the most. If you fell off it's got to be a hard landing on those rocks. But when your young and full of energy.....
