Default FIRST WILD BROOKIES!!!!

Ok, so after getting super skunked a couple weeks ago, my brother-in-law and I HAD to get back out on the water. I need to give a HUGE thank you to Killer Kyle for some great intel. I'm laying in my hammock right next to the stream posting this right now which is wierd because I usually don't have service when camping (that's usually one of my goals for a campsite). I'll post a full report tomorrow night or Sunday but I just wanted to share my excitement and some pictures. This is hands down the most fun I've had trout fishing...period. I've caught a total of 8 or so. All brooks and all on dry flies, which makes it so much sweeter!

Very nice. x2 on the hat net. Do you hang it from the back of your vest with a magnet holder?

Congrats! Those are some really nice brookies. Kyle has helped me out, too. Great community Ngto.

I got into a bunch of small stream rainbows yesterday. 90% were on dries. Canít beat this time of year.
