Wow! That dubbing brush maker is a work of art!

Also try enameled copper "magnet" wire when making brushes. It's softer than the steel, which can be a plus (it can be easier to wrap, especially if you make small brushes) but can also be a minus (if you twist too tightly during the brush-making process).

Again, what impressive work!

Default The Process

Now to add another element. My first go at making my own hook. Forged, filed, heat treated, and polished. The strength definitely feels like it will work. Now to just try it out. Everything other than thread and colors I made in this fly.
