That would be awesome, I enjoyed fishing the soque but there just isn't enough open river. Especially nice that it could create easier access to other public lands. If this happens I think it will be a great improvement.

Sounds like its near Tray Mountain, well northeast of Helen. Also mentions brook trout. Good news, but doesn't appear to be on the lower Soque near the trophy streams.
