Default Fish survey?

At JB and down below the island it appears that the DNR (?) is doing a fish survey. Guy up front with a net and what appears to be electric probes off the bow. Sorry for the terrible pic but the best my phone can do

Its DNR. The RTA Instagram had them on their story. Id be a pretty successful fisherman if I had a rig like that.

I was at Settles last year when they were doing this. Impressive how they can maneuver that boat around in tight spaces.

Wonder if they found any big girls that Phil hasn't caught yet.
