AU fans were voted the most hospitable Fans in the SEC. In the same poll another school was mentioned the worse. My sister's brand new Volvo with Auburn sticker on it was keyed so bad, Complete repaint job. That was about 10 years ago. I'm sure things have changed. SEC football is the best

Wink Sounds Very Hospitable!

I mean gosh, all you have to do is go to a football
game and get a free paint job for your car!

Cool "Sounds Hospitable"

Fun to laugh at, but a couple of schools out west with a big rivalry, it was not uncommon after a game at "the other school" to go out to the parking lot and discover your car layered in cattle or sheep manure. Should you have neglected to lock all your doors, you might discover some new barnyard stock in your back seat. Chickens were most common but the occasional sheep was also found.

I poured a full tube of crickets in a fellow's car one time many years ago. They didn't get hurt but the "going parking" part of the date didn't work out for him

My goodness... a bammer talking about cars being "keyed"... the hypocrisy is amazing..
Thought that would get a comment... Don't mind my complaining - it's just a Father's regret of his Daughter's car getting keyed after two AU/Bama game at home. Leaves a definite impression...

So many Bama fans on NGTO, wish I knew that before I joined. I guess you guys are going to be a little humble after tomorrow. The spread is 10 points. In SEC football you have to give the SEC home team 7 points. In other conferences I allow 3 points extra for home team. So we are looking at a 3 point spread. Auburn's atmosphere is better than Texas A&M's atmosphere. So that makes us playing with 13 players.

You guys that picked Bama are going to be shocked. But that's okay. See ya at Toomer's

Been going to the IB since about 1960.. I could tell you numerous classless events that have happened to me, my family and my property by the 85% in B'ham and T-town....but, it would take too much time.. Sorry about your car, things are getting much worse between "some" in the fan base since about 2005 and it really escalated in 2010.. My best friend is a UA grad (undergrad at Bama, post-grad Auburn).. Our families no longer can attend the games together due to atmosphere..

If Nick Saban looses the Iron Bowl this year, that is what he will be remembered for. That's why Terri Saban has been looking for houses in Texas. The reason Nick Saban was hired to coach Alabama is because Auburn beat Bama 6 years in a row, if you remember Bama fired Shuler in a surprise. Bama is going to choke. Their strength of schedule is not as strong as Auburn's.
