I can feel that loss from here. It seems unfair that we and our faithful hounds don't share the same lifespan. I miss each and every dog I've had and I wish the ones I have now could live forever.

I'll pour one for that big ol' beautiful golden.

If you have difficulty understanding the post above, read it out loud and it should make sense. This NGTO member is known for his poor hill-billy upbringing and his affinity for all things from Louisiana (particularly if it relates to LSU). It makes for a poor mix of accents and much difficulty in translation. He was doing well for so long, but now seems to have regressed.

That is to prevent that awkward and painful moment when there is only one dose of life saving medicine and our wives chose to give it to the dog.

Thanks y'all, I'm bummed as I figured he had another year in him. But he had a great life up to the end. Hopefully he's laying on a cloud of tennis balls now
