Default Buford dam 3/21

I had a day off of guiding so I was able to get in a PFD (personal fishing day), or at least a couple of hours.

I found a couple of spots that held a bunch of recently added rainbows that were not picky. I stood in one spot and caught at least 20 before allowing another angler to step in.

If you catch one make sure you work that area well as it might be the honey hole you are looking for.

I picked up onesies here and there including a couple of nice browns. A few fish came on the dry fly, the rest on a small walts that I tied with a new dubbing concoction.

The new stockers are most likely concentrated from the boat ramp to the top of Bowmans but will soon spread out as they continue adding fish and the water releases move them.

RScott was working during this time.

You are making it awfully hard for me to take the high road and not respond sarcastically or put you in the time out chair. Just not fair having to work everyday

Hey T, does RScott have to schedule when the fish hit his fly as well?

-They make those in your size?

-I was wondering what happened to those two nesting bald eagles.

You'll have to check with his secretary.
