![]() screw those C02 models Jimmy! I got one of the Ruger break action rifles in a 22 caliber and it is a 1,000 FPS beast. Even came with a noise suppressor. Tree rats don't stand a chance against this thing.

![]() I had a trainee come through a class and show me these weapons from Rapid Air Weapons. They have rifles and pistols that can fire at up to 850fps. Not quite supersonic but still enough to hunt large game with. Check it out!!!

![]() I'm with Buck on this one. CO2 loses a wee bit of power with each shot, but a break action or pump rifle maintains its power with each shot.
(I have it on "authority" that air rifles may have helped curb the tree rat population near the stadium at LSU in the mid-1980s. And have also heard that those campus bred squirrels made a delicious breakfast for a few residents of the South Stadium Dorm.)

![]() Get her a Daisy 499. The worlds most accurate BB gun. It's not some Red Ryder toy. This is the gun my daughter uses for competition. She hits centre 10's with it, think half the size of a pencil eraser. Great gun.

![]() I have one of those ruger 177 break actions, and it sure is a great shooter! Sitting on the porch, I can nail a squirrel chowing on a bird feeder 50 yards away with it easily.
