What a great post! Certainly got me started thinking about fall fishing.

Thanks, guys. I had a blast fishing the waters over there. It can get expensive over a couple of weeks worth of fishing licenses but it is def worth every cent. The pictures really do not do any justice to the fish or those waters and scenery. Was also planning to visit Slovenia early July but they had so much rain in the weeks prior that everything was blown out so I had to cancel my trip. That was worse than a kick in the head. I spent a few extra days fishing in Bosnia instead.

Jason, some elixir was smuggled, although more in terms of quality than quantity. Have a decent supply now, need to start fillin up the flasks for tastin.

Yeah he does. These days, I concentrate more on the Beer and Food . If I stare to long at the fish I start getting a withdrawal twitch

Wow. I want to go. That is fantastic. More info on the pipe tobacco though.

Thumbs up Outstanding

One of the more enjoyable post I've viewed in while.. I have visited western Europe many times and my friends and relatives have told me that I need to visit areas like Bosnia. Great people, food, drink, scenery, etc... and, now you got me "hooked" with your images. Thank you so much for sharing this.

Wow! And I thought the marble trout in your post last year about Slovenia were exotic. Reading your reports of your summer trips is an annual highlight for me.
