Default sNOw-body gonna stop that fishing day

At the encouragement of my GF I headed to the river TW today. Wasn't there half hour before the text about schools being let out early rang and I had to high tail it home to get Spencer.

Before that I was able to wrangle in six browns ... I love fishing in the snow-body not sure why.
It was just me and the heron on the water I was fishing, but he didn't catch any, that I saw.

Came home, poured a little bourbon and started a small fire for the fam, before heading back out for sledding and a snowball fight.

... Yes the dogs have stockings, she's crazy ...

It was a beautiful day to be out. Even without catching fish it would have been just beautiful but fishing was also great yesterday.

Y’all are killing me with these snow fishing reports! I’m debating on heading out this morning but can’t make up my mind.

I actually went to take pictures, thieving I'd catch a few birds. The rod never leaves the truck, always rigged, ready.

Homey, if my kid was with his mom I'd be waist deep in some water right now...
Bundle up.

Yea I couldn't stand it yesterday myself. So I stopped by the Ami for about 30 minutes. There were a couple of people stopped on the bridge and looked at me. I can hear the now. "Look at the fool out there in the snow"!! Paid off, 6 to hand in 30 minutes.
