Default Easiest place for success on the hooch

Trying to plan a trip tomorrow and we are going to invite a guy who literally got his first fly rod yesterday.

Like most of us on here... I have no problem standing in the river all day freezing my butt off in the pouring rain for just a bite from 1 wild brown.

It’s supposed to be cold and raining tomorrow- I’d like to put him on a fish so he doesn’t give up.

What part of the hooch is the best for beginner to see success at? Easy access, easy wading, not to techy water. any advice is appreciated.
