Default As a new trout fisherman what can I expect with Spring around the corner?

Iím a wading spin fisherman who has been to JB, Deep Hole Campground, and Tammen Park with varying success (mostly in the late summer). What can I expect in the next 6-8 weeks as the weather warms? I had a great day the first time I went to Deep Hole and caught a few at JB in November and December but aside from that came up empty. Iím retired and donít bother trying to fish on weekends, so crowding isnít an issue.

Thanks for all your advice!

Do Some Research on the Late Winter Shad Kill going into spring. You may want to fish the North end of some of the water you talked about...
