Question

Heading up there in early May. I'll be fishing a section upstream (toward Dahlonega in Blue Ridge WMA) of Deep Hole, and would appreciate any advice/experiences you all have had on this body of water. I've fished my entire life in North Georgia trout waters, but somehow missed hittin' the Toccoa- though I've been close to it many times while fishing Rock Creek.

Much thanks...

Check on the river flow before you venture up there. I know the lake is still low. I met a fly fisher at Smiths one day who told me that he caught brookies during a BWO hatch.
