Went to the site to buy my new license for a trip tomorrow. It linked me to the DNR site which said the licenses were for the 2002-3 seasons and new ones would be on sale in EARLY MARCH.

Long story short, it wouldn't let me get a license on that site. What gives?

I guess I could make a run by the Wal-Mart on the way out, but it is out of the way. Any suggestions??
