felt #2 any slipover products?

Seems like felt might be a good idea. Are there any good slipover products out there that you could pack easily in a vest and use when you are out of the water?? or vice versa...slip over felt?

I swear I saw a slip over felt soled sandal in Cabela's that will fit over lug soles. I left my catalog at the office. I'll check and post.
