I know some people use Tyvek, they just color it with markers. It is virtually bomb proof. Tyvek is a material they use in Fed-Ex envelopes, house wraps, and probably a hundred other things.

Flexament would work - also good call on the Tyvek. I'll try both.

Does anyone know how to make a tentwing caddis more durable? My turkey feather wings are getting pretty torn up after just 1 fish. Can someone suggest a more durable material than turkey for the wing? Thanks guys-
