Question

Anyone have and insight if the hooch at Jones Bridge will be fishable this weekend? I am coming home this weekend from Athens and was looking forward to wetting a line but from the sound of it the hooch will be muddy and flowing high. Thanks for the help.

I read somewhere that the DH had been moved down to Columbus in the last couple of days...(Some Friday morning humor!) I am wondering if it will be fishable next weekend.....I wonder if the river camera is on stilts?

Thumbs up

The scheduled release from Buford Dam is 6:05
pm. If JB is out, head north. At the dam will be good, Hwy 20 is probably worth a shot
and McGinnis is a possibility also. This is for Friday. Who knows what the weekend will bring.

Let's hope it's fishable. I think a lot of our fish got their AL passport-stamp Wed night. What a downpour. Azalea drive in Roswell was actually closed to traffic yesterday because of flooding. Ready for the summer here...

Went to Jones Bridge at lunch. I have never seen that shade of orange in the river before. No way anything below Settles is fishable this weekend.

I looked at Hwy 20 today, I'd say split pea soup. I fished the dam tiny little browns and average bows. Tons of rises.
