Howdy y'all, just joined the site a few days ago and i wanted to get to know some fishin buddies, some one that can show me how to do things in other places, besides fishin' in Helen. I don't mind still having the Stocker title cause I'm only 17, but i enjoy everything to do with outdoors. So the next time anyone is up near Helen fishin' just give me a holler and We'll talk fishin'!

Welcome aboard, Leever. Smith CReek (below Unicoi SP's Lake) is open under Delayed Harvest rules until May 15, and is a terrific spot, not to mention close by.
I seem to remember comments about fishing in Helen last winter being pretty fair, too. Don |
