Default Helen and the Hooch

Got to Helen this AM about 8:30, water level looking good, but raining pretty hard. Waited around at UO for about an hour, then decided, what the heck, I drove an hour and a half to fish and I was going to. I suited up, got in the river up at the Elvis theater. Fished about an hour before the thunderboomers chased me.
Total 6 fat feisty bows.

Default Glad to see

that I'm not the only one who will fish in harsh conditions That's my favorite time to fish. I just wish my buddies weren't such wussies when it comes to that. I usually wind up fishing by myself when the weather is rough.

Default Spinboy = Wussie

alright mr spinboy or is it wussie or is it vaaaaaginia ???
I keep forgetting..

weather in dallas,tx is 71 and clear, wish I had spent time fishing on the cartecay instead of spending time at the airport...

be ready to fish up at my house when I get back after the 13th...
I'll also need your help in hooking up the fish feeder...
I'll build something that connects to the tree by the big boulder so that it swings out, and swing back in so I can fill it up...

well, hope those students dont abuse you to much in the next 2 weeks..

Default I didn't say...

all my buddies. You went in the rain man! That was one of those, "you know who you are" comments...even though my other fishing partners are not site members but...

I'll be ready.
