Treefrog and me had an awesome day at dukes this morning. He caught a nice bow that was 18 and two small ones and I caught an 18.5 and a 23"er.

Sweet Fish....of course my wife was looking over my shoulder when I pulled this up and she had to make the comment of "Sheesh, those are alot bigger than what you catch." Great Job.

I hope Path Less Traveled and Speck don't fish there, or you'll never hear the end of it. At least for 72 hours.
Nice day. I was pondering whether to return to Allatoona for crappie tommorrow or try the hooch out at Azalea by boat.... this report has swung trout in favor. |

Hey Richie, i saw you guys up there, i thought you looke familiar but wasnt sure. I was in the blue ram right next to you guys. Glad you had a good day, those are some sweet fish with nice color. I had to leave by 12, i only got one fish, but it was 17-18 inches or so. Seemed kinda slow overall, but thats cause you guys caught them all ahead of me!!!! We definetely need to hit the water sometime....
Rich

a little slow at times, but it was a fun half-day on dukes. the 23''-er took a couple tries on netting it for obvious equipment reasons (the fish was almost os big as the net!) kinda weird having to leave around noon, but the upside is plenty of open spots. i think we're going back next sunday afternoon, hopefully with some more descent luck

i was the older guy parked (blue expedition) between the 2 rich'es (rich and richie). i think it was slow. the big fish were scattered. caught 3 (16, 19, and 20). plugged one from the road hole as i was walking out at 11am.
hope to see you on the water again fellas. treefrog, great name! pat |
