Default Which Toccoa to fish?

Will be in Blue Ridge for the Thanksgiving holiday and was wondering which part of the river to fish, DH and/or tailwater (both, probably).

I understand the DH section is getting closer to normal, since the rains, but have the new residents in the DH section washed down to Lake Blue Ridge.

The gauge up near the canoe launch read around 2400 CFS, while its normally in the 180-230 CFS range. That's a lot of water.
