Default Chatooga DH...maybe Toccoa

Me and the wife are planning to head up there tomorrow. With the water on the rise, what will the trout be doing? (It is at 1.7 ft right now on an uptick) I figured I'd try Y2Ks and wooly buggers, small nymphs and egg pattern droppers...Any other ideas? We plan on getting there around 10-10:30 Does it matter where I decide to park?

I'm looking for no crowd, the Toccoa is an equidistant option, and we love it there... would it be better? I have not done much DH fishing. I could even hit Noontootla on the way... but, my wife just hates hwy 60, she gets carsick after dark on it, so I figured running up 985/365/441 would be an easier ride.
