Hook: Curved Scud #14-20 (shown #18) Thread: UTC 70 Tan Body: DMC embroidery thread #733 Med. Olive Green 3 strands twisted into a tight rope and then wound to produce the segmented body. Vary number of strands for different size hooks. Change thread colors for other bodies. Black, red, brown, etc. Head: Caribou hair spun and trimmed ![]()

I like that. Nice formation of the head. Elk hair can be a pain to work with. Good job!

Chuck,
I have had some success on the serendipity on the hooch around the dam and on the Toccoa tailwater... where do you fish it around here, and how do you fish it? I usually drop it below a more buoyant dry, but I have also put it below a Buck Henry wired stone and caught a few... Nice looking fly!
