Nice lookin' fly, Prowler. Do you shave the bottom of the deer hair flat with a single edged razor blade?

Thanks. I use scissors. I have heard a razor blade works well but I haven't tried it yet. I normally try to use some curved scissors on the bottom to make it flatter than the rest of the body so it will give clearance for the hook gap and hopefully make it float more upright.
