So...
I'm sitting around until at least the tenth of September with a cast on my right hand covering my thumb as well (If I could hold a rod at least it's good to know that wrist movement would be negated on the casting stroke.) but that's a small comfort. Oh and to even sweeten the whole situation, still no job.. At least there is plenty of time to go fish...ahhh crap!! ![]() I would like to hit settles when I get back up and running and my question is this; Is the area around settles even worth fishing in waders? Thanks for any help/advise John |

Yes, although that area generally fishes better if you can float it. But obviously not with a cast on your hand...sorry.
