Default Continuing education reccomendations

Ok, now i have the photography bug almost as bad as the fishing bug. I started doing a 365 project on Flickr (one picture a day taken on that day for a year) and have been spending a lot of time messing with Photoshop Elements etc. I was wondering if any of you have taken any photography classes in the Atlanta area. I saw one at Emory that was 6 weeks on Thursday nights but wanted to see if anybody else had done any intro courses in the area and what they thought. Thanks.

Here is the link to my first attempts at taking a picture a day for this project. I think it is going to be cool to have a photo record of 2010. The group i joined started on the 1st but i didnt start till the 12th.

EJ,

I guess it depends on what you are wanting to learn. Most of the long courses at Universities are geared towards either basic or advanced photography. You may want to check out Showcase Photo on Cheshire Bridge Road. They have many seminars that on specific subjects that might be more what you are looking for. Check out their schedule.

I've been toying with the idea of hosting a weekend-long photography workshop on a piece of water in the mountains with the focus being on outdoor (and particularly fishing) photography. Would any of you guys be interested in something like that, especially if it were very reasonably priced??

Definitely - The way I have the itinerary set up now, fishing would be about 1/4 of the weekend.
