Default Triple Tail

The triple tail are thick in front of Jekyll right now. Today was a perfect day: Bright sky and light wind.

Saw another NGTOer out there today, Kevin, and he connected too. I believe he caught it on the fly I gave him.

If you have not experienced this unique fishery, you have about four more weeks this year to give it a try. Sight fishing to floating triple tail is a hoot.

Man I love this kind of fishing. It's like hunting and fishing at the saem time. We had several shots at fish including a real monster at the end of the day but only closed the deal on one. Funny part was I heard someone in a close by boat jole that I was fly fishing, 30 seconds later I was hooked up. Hard fighting fish even jumped a few times. Picture is from my phone. Thanks for the fly David.
