Default Wood Duck Recipies

I got some breast from this past season and I'm thinkin about cookin em this week. I have been thinkin of usin a quail and phesant recipie. Soaked in butter milk, wrapped in jalapeno's and bacon then grilled. I also thought about cuttin em into small pieces season with Tony Chacheries then batter and fry em.

Yall got any other suggestions?

Default Hurricane Duck

My favorite!

Quarter the breasts.

Soak in condensed milk and sprite or 7 up overnight.

Drain them thoroughly, wrap in peppered bacon (pin in place with toothpicks) and marinate in Chaka Sauce for 3 hours.

Throw them on the grill, medium heat.

When the bacon is done, enjoy!

we always cube the breast, cut into strips, place cream cheese with a yellow bell pepper and green bell pepper (or jalepeno if you want more kick), roll up breast, wrap in bacon. Cook over direct medium high heat until bacon is done. The rarer you can stand to eat it the better it is!

Default Update

Decided to go with a mix of recipies.

Soaked in salt water for a day.
Soaked in Italian Dressing for 2 days.
Wrapped in bacon.
Slow cooked on the grill.
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMhmmmmmmmmmmmmm

No pics, not enough time between the grill and my belly.

Montreal Chicken Season, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar, and 1/2 tsp of italian seasoning and marinade for about 2 hrs. and slap on the smoker or the grill
