Default Guacamole

Always trying new recipes. But some recipes I hang on to.
2 ripe Avacados, maybe I need to post a video on how to skin an avocado, NOT, figure it out yourself, otherwise send me a pm.

1/4 teaspoon Cumin
Salt to taste ~ 1/4 teaspoon
Juice from one Lime, You can use lemon if you like.
2 Table spoons of diced Cilantro. optional
Small diced red onion
Diced Roma Tomato, (or any other tomato who cares)
I add a 1/8 teaspoon of Cheyenne or crushed red pepper and don't tell anyone.
2 ripe avocados.

Grind it to your liking. Coarse or not.

I like Trout Almodine but I swap out the almonds with Pecans. Also smoked trout dip with triscuit crackers
