Korkers

Just wanted to throw this out. I bought a pair of used Korker Metalheads and found that I could not get the laces tight enough. I contacted BOA, not Korkers, and they are sending me two sets of laces no charge.

If you go to their site it will tell you that they have an unconditional warranty on their system.

Second when I got the boots I noticed that the rubber on the studded soles was separating from the backing. I contacted Korkers and they advised to send the soles back for replacement.
