David, would you mind sharing that marinade or rub recipe? I will be cooking a couple pf loins for our church Valentine supper, and a lemon pepper loin will be a good change of pace from my regular rub.

Sorry, it was a store bought packaged, marinaded tenderloin. Hormel brand.

Sweet. What kinda planks are those looks a little dark for cedar?

I got some of their rub when they used to be down the street before they "burnt down" and moved to a better location. Now there is a horribly overpriced seafood place with bland oysters in its place.

Pretty decent rub but I only use it on ribs or butts as its a little sweet for my palate. My all around go too is Magic Dust.
