OK, I'm probably going to get laughed off out of the forum for this one, but you've gotta trust me - it's good! (At least I think!)

Finally got around to making my birthday meal... steak au poivre… refreshing salad with beans, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, red onions, kalamatas, and dill

Man, I'm not gonna lie, that looks freaking awesome BrandonT. I've never made steak au poivre. What did you think of it?

And your salad has definitely inspired me to put some beans in my next salad.

Killer, no, perfect looking crust and interior on that steak.

I love minimal steaks without much added... dry aged ribeye with only salt. With a nice thick and lean filet, peppercorns, brandy, and cream just makes it better!
