Friday Fly Tying and Fellowship this Friday at Alpharetta First United Methodist

Hello all!

This Friday, May 25, marks the next edition of Friday Fly Tying and Fellowship at AFUMC!

With the coming of summer, we're well into "terrestrials" season -- and that means beetles! Whether you're fishing for trout or for warmwater species, beetles are definitely on the menu this time of year...and this Friday evening we'll focus on two beetle patterns that you should be able to use all summer long in all sorts of different situations.

Here are the particulars:

Time: 7-9:30 p.m.

Place: Alpharetta First United Methodist Church (69 N. Main Street, Alpharetta)

Where: A room on the third floor of the Trinity Hall bridge, the bridge connecting the main sanctuary complex with the educational wing.

What to bring:
1) Tying vise and basic tying tools. If you need to borrow tools to use, please let me know.
2) Bottle of Sally Hansen Hard as Nails to use as head cement

What else to bring: Something for our break-time buffet snack table. Finger foods and canned soft drinks are ideal.
