Interesting Article on Washington's Fly Fishing forum's website... I'd love to hear the thoughts of Georgia anglers.

I smell it regularly while I'm fishing Jones Bridge. I just breathe deeply and go about my business.

Doesnt bother me in the slightest. usually the guys i see smoking up (see this all the time while steelheading in the winter) are cool guys and just doing their own thing minding their own business. I choose not to partake (anymore) but everyone is free to do their own thing and these guys arent hurting anyone and just out to enjoy themselves. I do like to carry a flask filled with good bourbon.....so we all have our vices in one form or fashion.
Be calm carry on and everyone mind their own business and enjoy nature Rich

The only drawback I see is that it'll take you about 45 minutes to tie up a new rig.

I would much prefer that you wait until you are at your residence before using any chemicals, legal or otherwise, to alter your reactions and/or behavior. I have to drive to go fishing and do not want you endangering me, or others further than regular traffic.
Marijuana as well as alcohol reduces your ability to functional as well as you can without the influence. Do us all a favor. |

I'd much rather have a person high on marijuana twirling a gun in from of my head than to have him explain to me the reasons pot should be legalized
But without it, would we see the belly flops off the very top of settles bridge?????

First picture brings out the meaning of the words "Square Grouper". One fine catch IMO.

I have mixed feelings about this. If it is purely recreational, no harm, no foul. If the stoners are out in force, them I have a problem with it. Same with alcohol....abuse is abuse.
That said, if a guy or gal chooses to finish the day with a couple of mood alterations, I got no problem. Just don't expect me to join ya..... ![]() We used to have a saying...two things I can't stand A drunk when I'm sober, and a sober man when I'm drunk.
