The Fall Fling is always the first Saturday in November, so that puts this year's event on Saturday November 3rd. Concerning stickers; not sure if we have any left from the last batch. If we are able to get some more made by November, you can pick one up at the Fling for making a couple of bucks donation to NGTO.

I have belonged to this forum for a couple years and it seems that schedules and life keep getting in the way of me making it to either a spring or summer fling. Well it looks like this could be the time to make one. I know the date for the fall fling but don't know the where or costs and such. Any update either by PM or a post here would be a great help.
Thanks

Cost: The flings are free. We ask for a donation to cover the cost of the wonderful BarBQ that we serve for lunch but that's it.
Now, that said... ![]() The Fall Fling is NGTO's annual fundraiser. As a Not For Profit organization we raise funds (and give them away) to serve the good of trout fishing in Georgia. See this link for information on our charter. What: At the Fall Fling we have lots of raffles, silent auctions and prizes which require a small parting of cash on your part. How small? That's up to you. Typically we sell raffle tickets at 12 for $10 and 25 for $20 (or something like that). Then you can divide or clump your tickets for the prizes. Sometimes we have silent auctions (last one in with a bid sort of thing). To whet your appetite, here's a link about some of the prizes from last November: 2011 Fall Fling Auction Preview Where: we have held the flings at the Buford Trout Hatchery for the last few years and plan to again with the permission of the DNR, who have been absolutely terrific in their support. Finally to read the threads for last fall, see this link: 2011 Fall Fling - the everything in one thread thread
